CONFERENCE VENUE AND DATE

When: 12th to 14th October 2018

Where: SACRED HEART COLLEGE HALL, 52 Clyde St, Hamilton East, Hamilton 3216.

CONFERENCE FEE

Note: Purchasing a conference T-shirt is optional and is not included in the registration fee. If you choose to purchase a conference shirt, it will incur an additional cost of $20 NZD and will be added to your total payment.

EARLY BIRD FEE

NZD $150 for those who will register and pay on or before 1st of September 2018.

REGULAR FEE

NZD $170 for those who will register and pay after 1st of September 2018.

Conference materials

Meals from Friday night until Sunday afternoon.

Conference Shirt

Conference T-shirts are not be covered in your registration fee. If you wish to purchase a conference T-shirt it will be an additional cost of $20.00 and will be added to your registration payment.

Dress Code

All delegates are required to wear a “smart casual” for the duration of the conference. Conference T-shirts are encouraged to be worn on the final day (Sunday, 14th October 2018) for the Closing Ceremony.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The end date of the Early Bird fee payments is on 1st of September 2018.

The end date of the Regular Fee fee payments is on 30th of September 2018.

Any registration and payments after this date will not be accepted.
